UPDATED AS OF 5/17/26
Please understand that I do have a fulltime job - and I may end up taking breaks from art from time to time to avoid burnout. This does not excuse if I were to take an extremely long time on a commission - but please do not dm me every day asking for an update.
GENERAL
- Do not claim my art as your own- Please credit me when posting my art somewhere, whether it is just my username or a link to my profile.
- My art will always be WATERMARKED - and if my watermark is removed, I will block you.- I will post my artwork on any social media I have, if you do not want this - there will be a fee of 25% for a private piece
- Do not use my art as a basis for AI generated images or NFTs- Payment is always upfront
I will not provide a full refund unless the commission has not been started in any capacity. If the commission is at a certain point, I will provide a partial refund.
- DO NOT EDIT MY WORK IN ANYWAY.
This includes and is not limited to:
Adjusting colours of my art
Editing my art to reflect a design change
Tracing my artwork (Even if you own the design)
Finishing a sketch commission (IE: lining it, colouring it, etc)
- Please be upfront regarding if you are purchasing something for someone else. I don't mind it - I just like knowing first.

COMMISSIONS
- You cannot use my art for commercial purpose unless discussed with me first.
This includes - Stickers, keychains, prints, buttons, acrylic stands, ETC)
You may create personal versions of the examples listed - but you cannot sell them
- Any commission requires a clear, unshaded reference of your oc
I will accept shaded refs as long as I have a colour pallet to work with
- I will send WIPs at each stage of the piece (Sketch, Colour, Finish). I will not continue to the next step until I get confirmation of the previous WIP.- I have the right to decline a commission as I see fit- Finished pieces may appear differently rendered from the examples as I do experiment with my style often

Such as MLP ocs or Warrior Cat ocs

ADOPTS
- Do not redesign a design I have made to the point of nonrecognition- Do not make a POC coded character white
If I make a character that has a black/textured hairstyle, do not redesign them to no longer have this feature
- Even if you own the orginal design, do not make ocs that are an exact copy or similar to the design that I make
I do not allow for recoloured ocs of designs I make, and I have the right to reach out if there is a design that is too similar to one of mine that I have made.
- You may make NSFW of my designs
You CANNOT make Feral NSFW. They must be turned anthro/human if not already.No proship/fetish/incestuous/noncon relationships or situations
- Do not sell one of my designs for more than you got it for UNLESS more art has been added
If you got a design for free, you must add an art piece onto it before selling/trading - WITHIN REASON. You can't just add a sketch to the OC and sell it for $50If you got the oc in a trade, you can only trade it unless more art has been addedIf you do not remember a price, please let me know and I will advise what the price would be/what I am okay with you selling it for

- All characters for NSFW commissions must be 18+
I will never draw minor characters, even if they are aged up. They may be fictional, but they are still children.
- I am still new to drawing NSFW - so please bare with me- Prices will be an additional 50% of the original price of my commissions
A lined and coloured fullbody for a single character is $50 - so a NSFW commission would be $75
- I do require proof of age for those who commission me. If you are getting someone else's oc commissioned as well, I will need proof of their age.
If this is for a gift - I will still need some sort of proof the person is 18+ and is okay with this type of art
- I will not draw canon/offical Sonic characters. They must be OCs
